Description

Gotu Kola capsules has the herb Gotu Kola. It been used in ayurvedic medicine as a brain tonic & to support the nervous system. Also helps the body adapt to stress.

In the Indian Ayurvedic system of medicine Gotu kola is known as a ‘Medhya Rasayana’, a remedy or nourishing substance specific to the brain tissues.

Ingredients 

Each Capsule Contains: Centella asiatica (Gotu kola) herb powder 425mg

No added Gluten, lactose, soy, starch, sugars or salt, wheat products, artificial colourings, flavourings or preservatives.

Usage Directions

Adults: Take 2 capsules twice daily with a meal, or as professionally prescribed.

Warnings: Take two hours away from all prescription medications. Not recommended while pregnant or breast feeding.

Accessible way to get benefits of gotu cola!

I am impressed with this product that allows me to consume a perfect dose of gotu cola in an accessible way when I do not have access to the herb. It’s also fantastic quality, so I don’t have to worry about what I am putting into my body. This is a power plant in Sri Lankan Aryuveda, and grateful I have access to this powerful nutrient away from home! I use this to manage my anxiety and take it every evening to help fall asleep quicker.
